Review of Paladar Latin Kitchen and Rum Bar

Food was great. Their menus states that they take allergies seriously but the waitress was not willing to find out how things were cooked to ensure they were not cross contaminated. She became very frustraed when we had dietary needs at our table and the waitress actually stopped coming to our table. We had to rely on asking other servers for assistance.

Things were told to be gluten free " should be" and then when I asked further they said they were unsure. I had little confidence after that.

Great food. TERRIBLE service.
