As far as I know it is mainly the pad Thai with rice noodles and the fried rice dishes that can be made gluten free. Even on delivery menus you can select gluten free on fried rice

Was very sick after eating here. It’s mainly been the red Thai curry that’s been the bother.

GF is not marked on the menu but the staff knew what could be made gluten free. The only GF appetizer is the fresh spring rolls, but the sauce it comes with has gluten. None of the curry dishes can be made GF, but most of the fried rice and some of the noodle dishes can be made GF. I had the soy sauce noodles with beef and it was delicious, no reaction. We will be going back.

We eat here often and I always get the Chicken Pad Thai and the Combo Fried Rice and request it be made gluten free. They are both delicious. My daughter has Celiac also and we haven’t gotten sick.

Some things are GF but they charge more because not on their lunch menu.
The staff was super knowledgeable and made a few alterations to dishes for me. I ended up getting the spring rolls and spicy basil chicken noodles and there was enough for 2-3 meals - it was amazing and I did not get sick at all. We will be back on the reg.

Panang was one of my favorite restaurants prior to discovering my gluten intolerance. Luckily, they are knowledgeable about their menu (at least the one in Moore, OK) and will make pretty much anything GF if you ask. They also have GF soy sauce. I’ve had their Chicken Pad Thai & Basil Beef Stir-fry without any issues. As far as taste, I cannot tell the difference between the regular vs. GF Pad Thai (and it’s enough food to feed me 4 meals).
The thai food is just okay in the first place and twice they have screwed up my order and it contained gluten.
I've eaten here a couple of times without getting sick. They don't have GF menu, but are knowledgable on making GF dishes. They told me that their curries use broth that contains gluten. They can make most of their noodle dishes GF though. I had Pad Thai and some Spicy Basil Noodles.
I will say this, it's kind of hit or miss if you're making a to go order if you will get the right person on the phone. You may need to ask to speak to a manager.
Pad Thai is what I had and she was very helpful . I also had steamed white rice and steamed veg and chicken No problems taste great I loved it and also didn't have any reactions wow its so nice .
