Almost all subs and pizzas can be made gluten free. Shoestring fries can be used in place of the regular ones and are made in a dedicated gluten free fryer. Owner has celiac and is very knowledgeable about cross contamination. Gloves were changed and food prepared at a clean location. Was extremely pleased that my hoagie roll was huge! Well over 12 inches and toasted perfectly. Will definitely be going back to try other items on the menu.
