The place to be for Gluten Free! The food is delicious and affordable. They have gluten free pizza that is made with dough and they have a cauliflower crust pizza! Lots of gluten free options and even gluten free desserts! They have a gluten free dedicated fryer and the owner mentioned the possibility of adding gluten-free pasta to the menu very soon. I had the wings and fry’s and I didn’t get sick at all! They do a great job with cleaning the prep area as well! The owner has celiac and is very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns as well so that makes the ordering process super easy! Oh and they even label and bag the gluten-free food by itself! I’ll definitely be going back soon!

December 30, 2023. Ordered a GF 12 inch 'The meat' pizza and a GF Italian hoagie. Both were delicious and Celiac-safe. Highly recommended.

July 14, 2023. Not really any good options in Uniontown for Celiac-safe GF pizza UNTIL NOW. WOW!! Found this place based on a suggestion from a family friend and also user 'Nancy2609's' review. Her review is 100% accurate please read it (shoestring fries, GF frier, GF hoagie rolls, GF wings, knowledgeable about cross-contamination and willing to take precautions with your meal and prepare in a clean location, etc). My wife and I ordered a dozen GF wings and 2 GF pizzas. They were fantastic. I haven't had real Celiac-safe wings in Uniontown since my 2017 diagnosis. Many places claim to have them, but dont. I easily could have eaten another dozen myself. We had half BBQ hot and half garlic parmesan. Both great, but I'd go with the garlic parmesan the next time. Pizza was also great. I didn't have any ill effects from gluten exposure from my meal and I am very sensitive to cross-contamination. Highly recommended!

If you have any doubts, I'd suggest that you go there directly and don't just call in an order. When you get there, mention Celiac and the owner, Pangy, will come over and explain what she can do for your GF order. Just about the entire menu is possible for you with minor modifications. The place is a bit small and very busy, so be courteous and give them a bit more time so that they can take all their necessary precautions for you. The entire staff is friendly and also has been taught to deal with food allergies. I'll post a few pictures of our food but won't post any menu photos. Highly recommend. As other reviews state, they are VERY sensitive and careful about cross-contamination.

Some of my orders from here have taken a little longer than expected so be aware of that for planning events/meals in a time crunch- but I’m more than fine with that to have a safe, Celiac-friendly fast food option. The food here is delicious too! Can’t wait to keep coming back and trying more :)

The owner has her own medical necessity to be gluten-free and thus actually understands the importance of cross-contamination. The manager enthusiastically walked us through each of their incredibly strict guidelines under the owbers' instruction for prevention, such as the separate prep area, no shared equipment, and no shared ingredients. She explained how the owner, in seeking a gluten-free option with real taste value, obtains the ingredients for the dough from Italy. [Side note, they are the first country to understand the significance of celiac and gluten intolerance and thus will proceed with testing all children as part of their routine child physical.] Their prices are also not gouged as she understand the burden of the cost typically faced by anyone requiring a gluten-free lifestyle.

PS you have to try the gluten-free deep fried oreos 😋 And they do half and half so you can try multiple of they delicious pizzas at one time!

Pangy’s is my go to for fantastic gluten free options. My favorite is the pepperoni roll! Simply delicious! The staff and the owner are also amazing.

So glad that we tried Pangy's today! We tried the gluten free hoagies, fries, and gluten free deep fried oreos. Everything is kept separate to avoid cross-contamination, gloves were changes, they also have a dedicated fryer. Everything was delicious! My son and I both have Celiacs and normally have a reaction almost immediately if exposed to any gluten and did not react here. We can't wait to try the gluten free pizza next time!

It’s hard to come by a place that can accommodate anything without cross contamination, especially a pizza place. They have gluten free sub buns that can be used for any hoagie, and gluten free meatballs even for a gf meatball sub. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer and prep station that is situated a ways away from where they make the other food with flour, etc. They also make sure to change gloves every time they pick up something that is uncertain. The owner of this place has celiac, and does a great job of acknowledging every little concern we may have about cross contamination. They even shut the fans off as to not blow any contaminants onto the gf side. They go above and beyond to accommodate in a small town!!! I also haven’t had fried oreos in years and I’ve been waiting for the day that I could eat a gf one. They have great fried oreos and they’re the perfect dessert to finish off a meal I never thought I’d be able to have!

Lots of good gluten free options. Pizza, hoagies, French fries and more. Owner very knowledgeable and aware of cross contamination protocols. Stopped for lunch during a road trip because of the great reviews on my gluten free app. It was worth the small detour. Carry out only however.

Still eating as I write this because the food is that good! Pangy’s is the best Uniontown-area establishment for gluten free food, hands down. They’ve got fresh pizza dough, hoagie buns, and a dedicated fryer. I ordered a white pizza, a turkey provolone hoagie, naked wings, and shoestring fries. All were absolutely delicious, and after talking with the staff when I placed my order, I knew it would be safe. It’s clear that everyone is trained and knowledgeable about the menu and how things need to be prepared for a gluten free order. My husband isn’t gluten free and loved everything just as much as I did. We’re so happy to have Pangy’s as our new go-to pizza place. They deserve far beyond five stars.

Almost all subs and pizzas can be made gluten free. Shoestring fries can be used in place of the regular ones and are made in a dedicated gluten free fryer. Owner has celiac and is very knowledgeable about cross contamination. Gloves were changed and food prepared at a clean location. Was extremely pleased that my hoagie roll was huge! Well over 12 inches and toasted perfectly. Will definitely be going back to try other items on the menu.
