It’s hard to come by a place that can accommodate anything without cross contamination, especially a pizza place. They have gluten free sub buns that can be used for any hoagie, and gluten free meatballs even for a gf meatball sub. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer and prep station that is situated a ways away from where they make the other food with flour, etc. They also make sure to change gloves every time they pick up something that is uncertain. The owner of this place has celiac, and does a great job of acknowledging every little concern we may have about cross contamination. They even shut the fans off as to not blow any contaminants onto the gf side. They go above and beyond to accommodate in a small town!!! I also haven’t had fried oreos in years and I’ve been waiting for the day that I could eat a gf one. They have great fried oreos and they’re the perfect dessert to finish off a meal I never thought I’d be able to have!
