I ordered the gluten-free crust (not listed on the menu) and the waiter was great. I told him it was an allergy and he seemed like he understood. He even told me that the crust was seasoned cauliflower and that it was very good. I was nervous when my pizza came. I eat slowly just to make sure. It was so good! Can't say for sure about cross-contamination, but it was good and I haven't had issues!
