Review of Papa Dick's Pizza

The first time I went to this restaurant I was fully expecting to sit and watch my husband eat. The waiter informed me that they had a gluten-free crust and I started crying right there at the table. He said they are careful about cross-contamination And they cook it in a pan but said there IS flour in the kitchen. I asked him to please be careful when preparing my pizza and he said “of course ma’am. No one would eat gluten-free unless they really had to.” Now I eat at this restaurant every time I am in town. The “works” pizza is so delicious. I do have celiac but my symptoms are not immediate and not gastrointestinal. My gluten symptoms are severe fatigue and brain fog and anger. So I cannot with 100% confidence tell you if I have had a reaction from this restaurant or not.
