This is my favorite crust besides the one crust I make at home. But this is much faster. I like the tomato sauce. The creamy garlic is listed as may contain gluten or shared facility, something like that. So we never tried it. They have a garlic oil but it makes the pizza too oily with pepperoni.
You need to check the allergen list on their website and it can be hard to find. They have unexpected items as may contain gluten or shared facility such as the ham/canadian bacon.
It is not 100% gluten free because they make regular pizza but the taste and price are great!

They use Udi’s crust, not a separate kitchen but I told them I’m Celiac and the person cleaned space and change gloves to make my pizza, also used clean utensils to spread sauce and was extra careful. Didn’t get sick
