I love the crustless pizza. You can customize them, so I would say they are aware of possible cross-contamination. I have asked for a fresh one to be made, and they were fine with that.

They offer a prepackaged gluten free crust. If you ask they will change gloves and get fresh ingredients to put on pizza. Since it is take and bake pizza no risk of cc in ovens

They have several toppings that are gluten free. The prepackaged gluten free crust is really good. I recommend ordering while you are there and asking for fresh ingredients asking for fresh gloves. Then you can watch them prepare it.

They use Udi’s crust, not a separate kitchen but I told them I’m Celiac and the person cleaned space and change gloves to make my pizza, also used clean utensils to spread sauce and was extra careful. Didn’t get sick
