When I found out that Papa Murphy's was offering Udi's crusts I was excited to try it out. There was no baking instructions on the paper- just the standard risk of cross contamination due to shared space and such. The crust was yummy as is udi's items and the fixings reminded me of getting the thin crust pizza when I was younger.
They had gluten free crust and it was awesome!

They use Udi’s crust, not a separate kitchen but I told them I’m Celiac and the person cleaned space and change gloves to make my pizza, also used clean utensils to spread sauce and was extra careful. Didn’t get sick

I think this place may be safe if you’re simply gluten intolerant but as a celiac I had a noticeable reaction.
