My wife has celiac and we went to get a gluten free pizza. When we asked the people who work there if there was a potential for cross contamination, he said “Oh yeah”. They use the same utensils on gluten and gluten free pizzas.
No
Papa Murphy's is a "Take-and-Bake" pizzeria. You tell them what toppings you'd like on the pizza or select a predesigned pizza from the menu then take the pizza home with you and bake it. They have a gluten free crust (from Udi's) and all the toppings are fresh and gluten free. They have great predesigned pizza menu options and every one of them can be done gluten free. I've tried the "chicken bacon artichoke deLITE" (minus bacon) as well as the "gourmet chicken garlic", both were great options! They were delicious! They also have a gourmet vegetarian pizza option on their menu, which I can't wait to try! The pizzas come in a ready to bake tray, the only con is that when the pizza is baked in that tray it doesn't come out crispy, so I'm planning to bake it on a metal pan next time. I highly recommend this place! Their pizzas are one of the best gluten free pizzas I've had.
Yes
I love the crustless pizza. You can customize them, so I would say they are aware of possible cross-contamination. I have asked for a fresh one to be made, and they were fine with that.

We get takeout from here on a regular basis. They will change their gloves if you ask. She’s never gotten sick.

I've ordered here many, many times over the years. When they first got the Udi's crusts, we were told all GF pizzas were prepared in the back in a designated, GF area with all fresh, uncontaminated toppings.
For a long time, that's how it was. Not sure when it changed.
Today, I ordered online. I went in to pick it up, and they were still preparing my pizzas... on the regular pizza line. Great.
It seems that at some point, without notice to their customers, they changed their procedure.
Now, they ONLY prepare in the GF space *IF* you tell them it's an allergy.
Yet, when we've ordered, no one has ever asked; and, there is *NO* notice in the store to let you know this.
(Ordering a GLUTEN-FREE medium pizza that costs more than a regular large pizza isn't enough. :/ )

pizza is Udis and its ok, good price considering others are smaller and more expensive. Pretty good customer service but ask that they use fresh sauce and cheese from back since they use spoon and sauce/cheese on regular pizza and double dip.
Love their take and bake pizzas! Becomes a regular place for my family and I!
