Have eaten food several times and it has tested gluten free every time with Nima which is excellent! Have eaten dosas with all chutneys and their curries and rasmalai. They use asafoetida (or Hing) for sambhar and for some other things so those are not completely gluten free. Their owner and head chef Paul is very nice and makes sambhar for me without asafoetida if I email him even one day before my planned visit (which is very often). He also tried using gluten free asafoetida but didn’t get the same flavor as the regular asafoetida which is unfortunate but still works for me.
