Staff is not very knowledgeable about gluten or Celiac. No gluten free options are available on the menu. Will have to “pick out” what is safe to eat. Staff is also not knowledgeable about what all is in the food. Very high risk of cross contamination. I ordered a side salad and a shredded cheese quesadilla. It came on a corn tortilla and the salad dressing was labeled GF. Chips are made of corn. White cheese dip is not celiac safe and meats have gluten containing seasoning on them.
