Review of Pappasito's Cantina

Excellent experience. We told the waitress I have a gluten allergy, which is easier than explaining celiac. They brought me gluten free chips, modified the guacamole appetizer to be gluten free, and made our entree gluten free. The manager came out to tell me she knew about the allergy and to ensure me the kitchen was taking necessary precautions. Amazing!
