Although very cautious with my allergies, I was disappointed they are just canyon river bagels.

We were so happy to be able to eat gluten free bagels prepared with knowledge and care! They were delicious!! I rarely ever eat out because I cannot trust that there won’t be a contamination. I’m so glad I did! I used to bring my girls here when they were little and now they were here with their daughters! Extra Special that everyone could eat!! Thank you Paradise Bagels!!

Small cafe in a strip mall, but an absolute gem. Owner's daughter has celiac, and she has a separate preparation protocol for celiac customers. Super aware of risks of cross contamination. Preparation surfaces are all cleaned; fresh utensils used; fresh butter or cream cheese opened as needed; etc. Lots of gluten free options - bagels, bread, sandwiches, salads. Food was incredibly fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!

Excellent GF options. They take extra care if you notify them you are celiac or allergy rather than preference.

Great place! She was very knowledgeable and asked if I has celiac when I ordered a gf bagel. She opened a brand new cream cheese for me so there would be no cross contamination.

Great place. The owners daughter has Celiac so she fully understands cross contamination and has separate pans, cutting areas etc. she has gluten free bagels and gluten free pancakes. The owner said she made her daughter a full gluten free thanksgiving including stuffing and pies so I think she is fully capable!!! Definitely eat here with confidence.

They were super accommodating and took extra precautions when I told them I had celiac. They cooked my food in a completely separate area of the kitchen, brought it out before starting on the other bagels to ensure no cross contamination, and even opened a new butter because she noticed some crumbs in the open one and wanted to be safe. I got the egg sandwich on the Canyon everything bagel. It was delicious!

The owner is knowledgeable on Celiac and has taught her staff to be extra cautious when making gluten free items. You need to mention you have Celiac so they are aware to take precautions. They clean the griddle before cooking any gluten free pancakes or eggs/omelets. They use different utensils as well. They have gluten free white bread (sometimes cinnamon raisin). They also have plain and everything bagels. They use the clean griddle to toast so they don’t have cross-contamination from the toaster. The main thing is to tell them when you order or they won’t know. Super friendly and accommodating staff!!!
