They make all the pasta themselves (8 or 9 types) except the gluten-free pasta. There is penne or spaghetti to choose from. lots of different sauces, almost all gluten-free. Super dear waitress!

I had excellent GF pasta with no problems afterwards. I asked if they prepared GF pasta in separate water from regular pasta and they said they did.

This is a homemade pasta bar. They have Gf homemade pastas but for me since I have celiac I had to get the “dry” pasta (from a box). They have tons of GF sauce options. This is an amazing restaurant. No reaction. They had a blonde Belgian GF bottled beer available. Reasonable prices too
