The level of carelessness with allergy protocols is absolutely ridiculous. I used to be able to safely eat here, and think management has changed. I haven't been this sick from contamination in a long time.

I can’t explain why, but I am able to eat PDQ’s fried chicken tenders and fries with NO gluten reaction. I’ve been GF since July. I am Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitive and have had horrible GI issues with all other ingested gluten. I couldn’t resist PDQ, so I got 3 tenders. Nothing happened!! Is it the flour they use? I don’t know, but it’s a good thing they’re 2 hours away from me. :)
Fries were amazing, will be trying their grilled chicken sandwich on my next trip there.
Employee who helped us was happy to run back and check ingredients for the milkshakes (not GF) and answer any questions he could.
The tag for dessert is misleading since the milkshakes are not GF, nor are cookies for sale.. maybe if count the apple dip? Toffee nut I think, as dessert, that's GF; my boyfriend double checked because he loves the stuff.
I have a wheat allergy and eat the grilled tenders and fries all the time with no issues. You can also get the grilled sandwiches prepared as a lettuce wrap. The fries are prepared in a separate fryer and are super delicious! If you have any questions they have an allergen menu right at the registers.

Nothing here is gluten free or safe anymore :/ I came here and asked for grilled nuggets, I told them I had a gluten allergy. The cashier had no idea what I was talking about and called over her manager. Unfortunately, they’ve changed their recipe and don’t use a separate frier for their fries and now nothing is gluten free or safe.

Everything was greasy. I didn’t have an allergic reaction, but the grilled chicken and broccoli made me feel very nauseous. Everything was extremely greasy and I could not finish my food.

I used to love this PDQ. The first two times we went after my son was diagnosed were great. The manager took it seriously, he put clean gloves on and prepared our gluten free meal himself - grilled chicken and vanilla shake. But the third time I went there was another manager on site and she simply didn’t care, she typed out the allergy and then handed me breaded chicken. I brought it back and explained the allergy (celiac) and she provided us with grilled chicken. Half way through the meal, my son got ill and knew he was contaminated. So disappointing. Only safe item is the vanilla shake. Other flavors go into a blender that uses cookies.

NOT celiac friendly. I spoke with the cook and they do not use separate prep area, tools, grill, etc. So cross contamination is a problem. If you do not have Celiac disease and just need to avoid gluten because you are sensitive, they do have an online menu that lists allergens, one of which is “wheat.”
