No more gluten free fries! Very disappointing.
Chicken is good. But no gluten free fries!! They did it so that they could fry zucchini fries. The only other sides are Cole slay or apples. I'm extremely disappointed because I thought that PDQ was better than that.
FRIES ARE NO LONGER GLUTEN FREE!!!
We ordered as usual and specified the need for gluten free/change of gloves. Usually they are wonderful for this. Shortly after a manger came rushing out letting us know they now make fried zucchini and use the same fryers as the French fries and said their fries are no longer GF.
I'm not sure if it is just this location or all PDQs as their allergen menu online still says fries are GF. Check with a manager before eating the fries!
Gf menu includes grilled chicken lettuce wrap, French fries and shake. Yum
They really take pride in the quality of their food. Everything is fresh and daily prepared and they have a good assortment of gluten free options.
Yes
Nothing here is gluten free or safe anymore :/ I came here and asked for grilled nuggets, I told them I had a gluten allergy. The cashier had no idea what I was talking about and called over her manager. Unfortunately, they’ve changed their recipe and don’t use a separate frier for their fries and now nothing is gluten free or safe.

Everything was greasy. I didn’t have an allergic reaction, but the grilled chicken and broccoli made me feel very nauseous. Everything was extremely greasy and I could not finish my food.

I used to love this PDQ. The first two times we went after my son was diagnosed were great. The manager took it seriously, he put clean gloves on and prepared our gluten free meal himself - grilled chicken and vanilla shake. But the third time I went there was another manager on site and she simply didn’t care, she typed out the allergy and then handed me breaded chicken. I brought it back and explained the allergy (celiac) and she provided us with grilled chicken. Half way through the meal, my son got ill and knew he was contaminated. So disappointing. Only safe item is the vanilla shake. Other flavors go into a blender that uses cookies.

NOT celiac friendly. I spoke with the cook and they do not use separate prep area, tools, grill, etc. So cross contamination is a problem. If you do not have Celiac disease and just need to avoid gluten because you are sensitive, they do have an online menu that lists allergens, one of which is “wheat.”
