The new owners had used a mix that actually contained a gluten bi-product and after I confronted them they claimed they didn't know. How do you even call yourself a gluten free bakery?
Everything here is expensive.
$12 for 12 buns is too much for me, and I'm afraid the quality has gone down recently too. My muffins and bread are frequently literally raw in the center and for the price they charge, they better be damn cooked perfect.

Very good products but very sweet. The bread is a little too eggy for me. I really like the cheese buns , the bread crumbs and coconut tarts. Grateful to have this bakery in town.
