Review of Peartree Bakery

Previously owned by a professional, knowledgeable owner, now is a dump. The new owners had used a mix that actually contained a gluten bi-product and after I confronted them they claimed they didn't know. How do you even call yourself a gluten free bakery?

Everything here is expensive. $12 for 12 buns is too much for me, and I'm afraid the quality has gone down recently too. My muffins and bread are frequently literally raw in the center and for the price they charge, they better be damn cooked perfect.
