I had the shrimp ceviche which is listed under their gluten free items. Despite having gluten free options, the menu has a warning indicating that there is a risk of cross contamination in the kitchen. The server noted that the kitchen takes steps such as changing gloves when preparing food.
Despite these measures, I definitely got glutened eating here. Would be careful if you are a sensitive celiac.

My server assured me that I was safe to eat there as someone with Celiac. I had the mushroom burger on lettuce wrap and fries. Something was NOT gluten free and I had a terrible reaction.

Ordered Haus Margarita here and did not get sick.

Huge shout out to Miles, our server/bartender. I have celiac and he went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience while enjoying lunch and drinks with a friend. He told me how we notified the kitchen and made notes in his ordering system everything had to be gf for me. Checked on us multiple times and recommended the other place he works at (Red Robin) bc of their safety protocols for folks with celiac and other dietary needs. Feeling respected and cared for is a very big deal for those of us who get extremely sick if we eat something we shouldn’t. I’ve had so many terrible experiences in the past. Because of Miles’ efforts I will 100% be back.

This was a great stop for us. Had an excellent green chili burger and the fries might be the best fries I’ve ever had. Waitress knew about gluten-free and made me feel very comfortable. The manager stopped by too. It’s kind of like a sports bar on the inside but it wasn’t too loud to talk. They had the doors open to the outside and lots of misters going.

Great place, they have a separate gluten free and a vegan menu. Good atmosphere though it was really dark inside, we had to use flashlights to read the menus. They were awesome about making sure the gluten free stuff is cooked separately. Food I'd probably give 8/10, definitely get the garlic truffle fries, those were amazing. They had a gluten reduced beer and 2 ciders.

We went to Pedal Haus over all 7/10: lemonade was 6/10 it wasn’t as cold as I would like it. Burger was 9/10 it was amazing and super juicy. -1 point for forgetting the cheese. Had a GF bun. The mashed potatoes were bland and slightly spicy so a 5/10. We sat out side so 10/10 of atmosphere. 1/10 on indoor smell. It was nauseating. We had to move outside to feel better. 20 minute wait. Overall great service for moving us

Super delicious, tons of GF and vegan options. They do have a dedicated fryer, and options marked on menu. I had shared some of the gluten reduced beer and it was delicious. I felt fine after but they do tell you it's not gluten free or tested for gluten content. Tons of outdoor seating.

I’m celiac and ordered a gf burger and fries. The fries were cooked in a dedicated fryer. The food was delicious. I was assured that gloves would be changed and they would do all that they could to keep it safe. Very friendly staff even on a busy Saturday night. I will definitely go back!

They have "gluten reduced" beers produced in house. The results are TBD.
