As a celiac I can eat here, but staff is impatient and you will need to be clear and unwavering about your needs. Server brought me a Vegan menu when I asked for a Gluten free menu, second request I got the same Vegan option menu again. I ended up with a gluten free crust pizza and it was cooked safely separated (see pictures).
I have severe celiac and I have eaten here several times and have never had an issue. Their gluten free pizza is amazing, it's baked in the wood fired grill safely and is delicious, I highly recommend the 'greenie' - so good!. I've also had the caprese and it's excellent too.
I ordered a salad, so getting that gf/df is usually pretty easy. The food was good. We went early as there are large lines at these restaurants at regular meal times. We got there at 5:30 and it was a 45 minute wait. We did get a table around that time, but placing an order and getting food took another hour. The wait staff are working hard, it is just not a place to be in a hurry at or with small kids in my opinion
I've been coming here for four years and it wasn't to bad but the last few times the burgers were greasy and fries were burnt and the cauliflower pizza was falling apart and burnt way to thin its like they stopped caring there was hardly no one there for poor quality food to come out with to many restaurants this one is a waste of money some issues going there.
Peddlers has a vegan menu with gluten free options. They have a gluten free pizza using cauliflower crust and it is delicious!
The communication here is top notch. Everyone I spoke to knew what celiac is and understood the level of attention that I needed for my food to be safe. The fryers are gluten free, so the wings and French fries are safe to eat. Separate utensils are utilized for gf items.
The wings were excellent. The pizza crust was as described by previous reviewers: soft and grainy, falls apart, a bit too salty. I probably wouldn’t order it again. But their gf protocols are excellent, and I would return for wings, fries, or a salad without hesitation.
Having there own cauliflower crust does add appeal to the business but only if it’s done right. I was very disappointed with the taste and texture of the pizza crust and would of been more happy with a basic udis crust. Wish I had taken a photo, i was immediately disappointed just by the sight of it.
Off-the-chain legit pizza. They make their own crust. The salad was beautiful! Stop looking this is the place to get pizza. Fresh everything! I could go on and on...
GF pizza is what you would expect from a bar, better off buying Udi’s frozen pizza and eating at home. Pizza crust was soft, toppings mostly cheese. Eaten there twice, same experience. There are definitely better options in town. Oh, and no GF adult beverages, unless you are ok with cider (I’m not). I would ask if they have a dedicated fryer for GF items.
Good gluten free pizza. Owner makes pizza dough. Waiter very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended as a gluten free restaurant option. Suggest eating indoor as outside was smoky and a bit loud.
Since no breaded items cooked in fryers, chicken wings and French fries are a joy for my son who has celiac disease. We have brought him several times here and he has never had any complications after meal.
