While planning a visit to Eugene I messaged Pegasus Pizza about my Celiac and allergy concerns. This is the Email I received back:
"...thanks for reaching out. We do offer gluten free pizzas, and we try to keep one dedicated to gluten free items, but during peak business hours some wheat flour pizzas are baked in that oven, there is also flour in the air and most surfaces in the kitchen, and while we do our best to keep things wiped down I cannot 100% guarantee that no potential contamination occurs."
Based on this information CC seems very likely and I don't believe this restaurant can be safe for folks with Celiac. At least they were very knowledgeable about this and gave an honest answer, restaurants will either lie outright or lie because they don't know better when it comes to CC.
