Eat here about every 3 months and so far the GF Pei Wei Shrimp with white rice has been safe.

Yes

My go to, fast food restaurant. I can't remember the last time I had an issue here. Something about wok coming must keep cross contamination issues down.

I always get the Vietnamese chicken salad rolls GF with sweet chili sauce and never had a problem. I also get a side of brown rice and ask for packets of GF soy.

The food is delicious, however, BIG HOWEVER...

twice they put a noodle in the middle of my rice and I got sick.

if cross contamination is a problem, I wouldn't recommend.

The few selections they do have are delicious (gluten sensitivity is ok but celiac is probably not)

The spring rolls are wonderful. How ever the GF menus only has 6 choices

The server was very helpful when I was ordering. There were two items marked on the menu that were able to be made into gluten-free options. Then she said also the Pad Thai could as well. Items came out marked with a gluten-free sticker on them.

We love to try and find a Pei Wei wherever we can. The food is delicious. I had the original spicy chicken.

They have an entire gluten free menu that I had no idea about. It’s delicious and clearly marked on the to-go container!

If you are local to Saint Louis county and remember the bourbon chicken from the mall back in the 90’s… this is extremely close to it!!!! My heart and soul feel refilled!
