Cross Contamination galore. Made me sick. Dont.
The gluten free portions are much smaller than the same non-gluten free items.
Typically don’t get sick from the g-free menu. However the last time I went I got sick. Just ask them to be extra careful and change their gloves if you’re celiac.
Yes
I have eaten here many, many times over the last four years. The food was always good and celiac safe, but no more. I have gotten sick the last three out of five times I have eaten there. And twice it has been more than just gluten, it has been more like a touch of food poisoning. This time my wife and I had different gluten-free dishes, we both got sick, and like the times before the food was just not as good as it normally is, so I’m not sure if it is a management issue or a cook issue. Makes me sad, great place. Hopefully somebody will post on here when they figure it out and get it corrected.

The gluten free menu has a few safe options and the food was tasty. It has been a long time since the last time I was able to eat anything Asian. Thank you for trying Pei Wei. Something is better than nothing and so far so good without any issues (fingers crossed), it's still early.

Not a lot of options on the menu

They did finally add items to their list as mentioned by other who have reviewed but I too have gotten my order wrong 2/3 times. While the sweet and sour shrimp wasn't bad, it seams rather lame that their options are still so limited. Much prefer driving down the road to Mama Fu's to have some variety and only have to confirm my order once like a regular person.
I created a profile to review this place. I'm a Celiac of 5 years. Though they clean the shared cookware, they do not have certified practices. We came here out of sheer necessity for finding something GF in the area. I tell you, there are a total of 5 things on their "gluten free menu".. so you better like one of them or ur SOL. For a chain I expect better things. Mama Fu's has it going on with getting with the times..so I don't see the issue. 2 entrees offered total, a salad or two, some salad wraps, a menu the size of my palm, lol. I'd say if you're looking to be 'Wowed' or even feel tended to, I'd say skip Pei Way. I definitely will next time. Namaste, gluten free ones.

The gluten free menu is small, but we actually thought that the sweet and sour chicken was phenomenal!! We talked to the manager and she explained how separate the gluten free food is and how she watches over them to make sure no cross contamination happens. She was very kind and understanding. We will DEFINITELY be back soon! REMEMBER: NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU THE LETTUCE WRAPS ARE NOT GLUTEN FREE!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes
Their food is good but they screw up your order 3/4 times and I have gotten sick from them multiple times.
They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
