Review of Pei Wei

Celiacs beware! Although the gluten free options are delicious, I asked how they prepare their gluten free items and was told they do not have separate cookware for gluten free meals. They wash the pot and change gloves. If you're celiac that may not be the best option as there is cross contamination but if you're just gluten sensitive it might be ok. Unfortunately I'll have to scratch this one of my list :(
