Chef is celiac and staff is extremely knowledgeable. Kitchen makes homemade gluten free pasta, any pasta dish can swap in the GF pasta. They offer a special tasting dish of four different pasta entrees, but not GF. Also, I wish there had been more GF dessert options (only pudding and sorbet). Beware that this restaurant is also extremely pricey.

This is a very special restaurant. Pricey but exceptional!The chef has celiac and makes the best homemade GF pasta. Most apps and entrees can be modified to be GF if they aren’t already. We had minestrone soup and pasta and they were phenomenal.Perfect for date night or a business dinner.
