Advertise on every page of the menu to “ask about their gluten-free options”, but unfortunately they really don’t know what that means.
I visited twice asking about gluten-free and both times they suggested deep-fried items that they make with a cornstarch breading, but I found out they used a shared fryer so it would be contaminated and definitely not celiac safe.
I tried the GF Kung Pao Chicken and the GF Chicken with Wood Ear Mushrooms and was just given the same white garlic sauce with stir fried chicken and veggies both times. While I felt confident that both dishes were gluten free, this seems to be their only option.

they have no clue about gf, rude waitress, we got up and left. I was appalled.
Possible to give 1/2 star? This place has no idea about gluten free. First they said anything can be made but then they can do soup, spring roll or fried rice with options like rice paper or gluten free soy sauce. Wow They don't even have gluten free soy sauce! I have been to one in Williamsburg so thought they would be the same. . They are not the same at all. I will NOT return
