Review of Petrini's

A couple options available for us gluten-free. There's the hopefully implied salad, the gluten free pasta and the gluten free pizza. There are a large amount of different kinds of pasta and pizza you can get gluten free. For the pasta: sausage, meatsauce, sausage with bell peppers, etc.; and for the pizza: an infinite amount of make your own creations, fueled by 30-40 toppings.

The restaurant has a nice, cozy atmosphere and a friendly staff. They're knowledgeable when it comes to gluten. I ended up ordering the sausage and bell pepper gluten-free pasta and the pizza with goat cheese, capers, spinach and Roma tomatoes. Both were decadent, dare I say divine.

Hands down my best post-diagnosis Italian meal.

For the price, this is the best Italian joint in town for us gluten-free.
