Owners wife is severely gluten intolerant and therefore he is extremely cautious with gluten free patrons. He took such great care of me, even taking the time to explain how he could modify ever menu item to be gluten free. The food is amazing. I am a very sensitive celiac and feel perfectly fine! 100% recommend to anyone in the area.
