Review of P.F. Chang's

P.F. Chang's is usually my go-to restaurant. I ordered the gluten free fried rice, which I have gotten at different locations several times. They assured me it was gluten free and it came out on the special plate. Within an hour, I was experiencing all the usual Celiac symptoms, during a long car ride!

When we called to let them know something went wrong, the manager got defensive and said it must've happened somewhere else. I had barely eaten anything prior that day, and it had all come from my own dedicated gf kitchen.

I'd be cautious eating here. If the staff had been more understanding, I might feel different about going back.
