Review of P.F. Chang's

Three “celiacs” ate without consequences. Food was good. Our waiter, Vincent, was attentive and carefully listened to the food order. Celiac orders arrived on specially designed plates to assure that they didn’t contain gluten. However, the hostess and seating was disorganized and chaotic. We called ahead, made reservations, and still waited over an hour in a cramped waiting area. And, there were several available tables that were not cleaned.
