Review of P.F. Chang's

My husband has celiac and this is our go-to restaurant in Annapolis! They have a separate Gluten Free menu with a variety of options (our personal fave is the Chang’s Spicy Chicken). When ordering, we tell our server that we eat GF for celiac and they reassure us that they have a separate prep area in the kitchen. Our food always comes out on special plates only used for gluten free orders. The staff always seems well trained in how to accommodate all allergies, including dairy and nuts. They have gluten free soy sauce upon request. By policy they still have to bring you the fortune cookie at the end of your meal, we usually give ours to friends or leave on the table. Wonderful safe place to eat!
