Review of P.F. Chang's

This place rocks when it comes to food allergies. They train their staff so well. I’d say you need to be creative and provide some ideas to them but they are knowledgeable of their food and can guide you really well. They will take your restrictions and run it through a system and come back with food recommendations. This is nice but a computer has limits. I was able with the server to create a dish using chicken from the lettuce wraps (which is not marinated in egg which is an allergy issue for me) and they put it in the pad Thai dish with cilantro limes and no sauce (can’t have garlic- yep allergic to that too!). They brought me extra limes which I squeeze onto the food which gives it a great burst of flavor. Anyhow, I didn’t get sick later in the day so they were on point and kept me safe. The food was good and the service impeccable and friendly.
