Review of P.F. Chang's

We informed our waiter of our daughters celiac. The waiter was very nice and helpful but unfortunately that isn't the problem. I'm not sure if it was cross contamination or if they used regular sauces in the rice noodles. she is full fledged glutened. she has not had these symptoms since she was diagnosed 6 months ago. I feel awful for her.
