Review of P.F. Chang's

I had gone to this location a night they were offering free sushi, so I should have suspected that there was risk of cross contamination, but our waiter was very knowledgeable about the gluten free menu and was confident that my meal would be completely gluten free. I ordered the GF lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef and got horribly sick that night, probably the worst that I have ever been "glutened." I'm not sure if it was cross contamination or made with the wrong sauces but judging by the other reviews this isn't the first time this has happened. I would be very cautious when ordering from here and the only reason I'm rating 2 stars is because my waiter was very clear he was going to inform the kitchen.
