Review of P.F. Chang's

I'm so thankful for restaurants that can cater to allergies! PF Chang's did a wonderful job with this meal. They have a specific GF menu-- so just ask for it when you walk in. I got the Chang's Spicy Chicken (it says it's spicy, which it has a hint of spice, but from someone who doesn't do spicy well-- it wasn't a strong spice!) with fried rice. They also have GF soy sauce, so just ask! The chicken was great. I was so happy to be eating Chinese and then realizing it was breaded chicken-- even better!! The rice was a miss for me. I wasn't too big of a fan, so next time I will not pay the extra $4 for fried rice-- just give me white rice.

The kitchen is very aware of how to handle an allergy. They use a specific wok for all GF meals and different plates for serving. They even brought my meal out on a separate tray than the rest of my family. Even the soy sauce was poured into a different container than the ones they would bring non GF sauces in.

Eating Chinese and NOT feeling a SINGLE thing afterwards besides happy and full made for a happy customer! I would definitely recommend eating here especially if you have to live a GF lifestyle.
