Fantastic staff. They know me by name and remember my gluten free order. Management is really on board and knowledgeable too. My wife has celiac and has never gotten sick.

I'm so thankful for restaurants that can cater to allergies! PF Chang's did a wonderful job with this meal. They have a specific GF menu-- so just ask for it when you walk in. I got the Chang's Spicy Chicken (it says it's spicy, which it has a hint of spice, but from someone who doesn't do spicy well-- it wasn't a strong spice!) with fried rice. They also have GF soy sauce, so just ask! The chicken was great. I was so happy to be eating Chinese and then realizing it was breaded chicken-- even better!! The rice was a miss for me. I wasn't too big of a fan, so next time I will not pay the extra $4 for fried rice-- just give me white rice.

The kitchen is very aware of how to handle an allergy. They use a specific wok for all GF meals and different plates for serving. They even brought my meal out on a separate tray than the rest of my family. Even the soy sauce was poured into a different container than the ones they would bring non GF sauces in.

Eating Chinese and NOT feeling a SINGLE thing afterwards besides happy and full made for a happy customer! I would definitely recommend eating here especially if you have to live a GF lifestyle.

Staff was knowledgeable, Nima tested the chicken fried rice for my son who is very sensitive and no gluten was detected. All GF dishes were delicious. Different plates for GF items which was extra reassurance.

Came and ordered 2 gf entree’s, had a coupon for a free promo sushi roll. Chef came out to explain it was not gluten free but would make one that was. 5 stars.

Friendly manager. They even use different shaped plates for gluten free orders! the gluten free menu is so good my family usually orders off it and we share family style.

My wife has Celiac and we've eaten here on a regular basis (twice per month, both done-in & take-out) without her getting sick.

They have a solid selection of GF menu options, and several are very tasty. Our favorite is the Chang's spicy chicken with GF egg-drop soup.

Staff knowledge of GF/Celiac can be spotty, but if you ask the right questions & emphasize the importance, they get it right.

The server told me they have a dedicated gluten free line in the kitchen. The gluten free food is served on plates that are a different color from non-gluten-free food for easy identification. When I order take out, the gluten-free items are labeled with stickers. And the food is amazing!

Always a good option for a safe gf meal. They have a gluten free area of the kitchen where gf food is cooked separately and comes on special plates so you know it was prepared correctly. Not tons of options but the Changs Spicy chicken and fried rice are solid. The egg drop soup is great too!

I ordered the dinner for 2 and phoned in advance to verify they could switch out the soup for the gluten free option ( egg drop soup). They did no problem, no extra charge and also verified the food was prepped with seperate pans, work area and used gluten free soy sauce. The take out order dishes were also labeled with bright orange gluten free stickers. The day after eating my celiac husband felt fine. No cross contamination! Good quality chinese good with fresh ingredients.

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.
