I am celiac & my nutritionist told me about PF Chang’s gf menu when I was first diagnosed. I finally tried it tonight for my pandemic birthday dinner (takeout) & was very impressed! I ordered easily off the gf online menu; the food was clearly marked with gf stickers; and the staff confirmed with me that my order was indeed gf when I picked it up. I’m thrilled to have this deliciously “normal” tasting option in my celiac life!

Ordered off their gluten free menu the chicken lettuce cups and egg drop soup. The food was delicious but gave me a lot of stomach gas and I did not have a fun time in the bathroom. May have been some cross-contamination

PF Chang’s does a great job with GF food - a separate menu, and in the kitchen separate utensils that have only been used for gf food and even plates that are a different color to ensure no accidental mix ups. The manager was great at explaining all of this to us.

Incredibly good Chinese food and fantastic service. See photos I took of my favorites.
I love the Egg Drop Soup! It is the best I've had anywhere. My other favorite is GF Fried Rice with Chicken. So good topped with a mixture of GF soy sauce, hot mustard and chili. Ask the wait staff to mix it at the table.

I had gone to lunch with my dad there a while back. We had ordered the same meal except mine was ordered gluten-free. I believe all that they had done was switched to soy sauce for tamari sauce. The food was very flavorful. They do have a small gluten-free menu also.
I love the 2 for 40!! Egg drop soup is awesome!!

Staff did a wonderful job explaining GF options and answering my questions about cross contamination. My meal was served on a different-colored plate, signifying GF. I was quite impressed and very happy to eat Chinese food again! My husband said there was little difference between the regular Mongolian beef and the GF version. So I wasn't missing out. :)

Food is great just slow service and always busy
I have eaten here many times. If you have Celiac Disease I'd stay away from the Chang's Spicy Chicken. They say it's gluten free but I have a reaction every time. Also make sure they bring you the Gluten Free option. On more than one occasion they brought me a non gluten free entree. And I wouldn't even bother with the drive through. They never get my order GF when I go through the drive through.

Great food, knowledgeable staff! They have an allergy matrix that offers lots of safe options for those of us with allergies on top of being gf!

Excellent!
Food is excellent! I have been there several times and have never been sick yet. And I am extremely gluten sensitive. To make things better last time I went there after my Aunt's husband died and the server felt bad for her and sent her home with a free 'great wall of cake' (she's not gf). All in all knowledgeable staff amazing food. Go there!!!!!

One of the best GF menus I've seen and tasted! Knowledgeable and careful staff.
Fabulous dinner--everything fresh and hot, very tasty. The waitperson was great about all GF requests, didn't miss a thing. The GF menu here is quite large, so it felt good to have so many choices! They even have a GF dessert that was delicious. Will definitely return!
Outstanding gf food! Great option for groups with a gf person or two in the mix.
Mostly a GREAT experience. They're knowledgeable and helpful. However, the guy I spoke to on the phone asked if I wanted chicken or tofu in the lettuce wraps, and did NOT tell me that the specific silky tofu they use for veggie lettuce wraps they can't guarantee as gf, so I wasn't able to eat the lettuce wraps, because I'm sensitive even to cross contamination issues from things like tofu and such. However, I will say that the waitress who helped us with our take out order at pickup was very knowledgeable and able to tell me this at that point, and was willing to show me the tofu package when I asked. I'm grateful she alerted me. Now I'll just not get anything with that silky tofu. Other than that, the restaurant did great with my order.

Was so excited to find this location like a walk from our hotel. And we hadn’t had PF Chang’s in so long. Went online to order, and wait for food was an hour, but it was Valentines so I understood the 1 hour. I waited over 15 minutes at the curbside pickup for our food. I specifically asked the guy if there were utensils and napkins and he said yes. We get back to the hotel and sit down to eat and there are no utensils, there’s no napkins. So after having the hotel search for 10 minutes they finally found us some utensils. So now the food is cold and my son as I are starving. I open mine up and see what I thought was the marked gluten free soy sauce container. I pour it over my lettuce wraps and immediately spat it out. It was some ridiculous hot spicy sauce that burned my lips. At that point I was almost done with it but I was hungry. Well, big mistake. About an hour after eating, I start cramping and start having explosive diarrhea like you fellow celiacs know about. What an absolute waste in so many ways.
