Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I called before and talked to a manager. I needed to avoid soy and gluten and then guaranteed me it would not be a problem. She even told me what to order. We got there and the server was less than thrilled and gave me different menu items than what the manager said. Needless to say 30 minutes after the first bite and I was in the bathroom. Avoid this place!

The food is good but it takes so much time and effort to communicate with the waiters/chef. Many don’t understand what you need and have to refer you to someone else.

Ordered all of these item from designated GF menu: egg drop soup, spicy chicken, beef magnolia, and the famous chicken wraps w/ lettuce. ALL came back as GLUTEN found when tested separate in the Nima sensor. I LOVE PF Changs and so I just really really wanted it to be GF! Which is why I tested all items. Of course restuarants cannot ensure 100% GF but, please remember, just because you do not get sick - doesn't make it gluten free. :( bummed about this one.

Great gluten free menu. They make everything separately and even brought out gluten-free soy sauce without us asking. Waiter very knowledgeable - they have clearly trained their staff.

Staff was very knowledgeable and gf dishes came out in different marked plates that the regular ones. Also tasted amazin!!!

Spoke with knowledgeable staff. All food we picked up had certified labels they were prepared gluten free. This is my favorite place to stop for Mongolian beef and Fried rice!!

I ordered gluten free Chang’s spicy shrimp — tested it with Nima sensor and it came back with containing gluten. Did not feed it to my daughter.

Decent GF menu. In addition to about a dozen other options, they can do GF lettuce wraps and Mongolian Beef, which is what we typically order. GF good is served on plates that are different from gluten containing options. We've eaten here many times with our two celiac daughters.

Spoke with the manager, Ken, ahead of my visit to go over my dietary restrictions. Tasty options and the gf food comes out on a different plate. Ken even came by a couple times to make sure everything was ok- even on a busy Saturday night. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful gluten-free friendly place to eat! Lots of options. They really take precautions with your meals. Gluten-free meals come out on a different shaped plate than all the others.
Went there on Easter, group of 5 of us, and they were great! My son was diagnosed with Celiac in November, and we have had issues at other restaurants with "Gluten-Free" menus. No problem here! I was very nervous, but the waiter and the kitchen manager both reassured me it would be fine. My son ate the Lettuce Wraps and the Chicken with Broccoli, loved them both! He also tried my Mongolian Beef. All of this off the GF menu. He did great...no reaction! Way to go, PF Changs! Thank you! ;)

Used to be good. Not sure why they can't use gluten free soy sauce. Ill change my rating if they have more options
Horrible got sick after eating here

Delicious. They have GF soy sauce that they use and bring to the table for you, so their GF menu is pretty extensive. I usually get fried rice. Don's miss the lettuce wraps - they are amazing.
The GF menu has so many choices. So accommodating. The food was beyond amazing!
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed

I eat here pretty often and have never gotten sick. They have great protocol for allergy orders, use special colored plates, and are very accommodating. I get the chicken and beef combo fried rice. They also have a gf chocolate dessert with ice cream that's amazing.
