Review of P.F. Chang's

PF Chang's employees are very well trained in cross contamination issues, and have systems in place, to accommodate GF dining. The food is great, and its so wonderful to dine out and order off of a regular menu and not have to worry about getting sick! They have separate kitchen area, and designated "logo" dishes to identify G F orders. Fabulous experience. We dine their often without worry!
