Vietnamese Pho and Boba shop. They use rice noodles for the pho, and rice paper for fresh spring rolls. My sibling who has celiac ate here with me (I have wheat intolerance, and treat it as a celiac issue) we had the pho and fresh salad rolls and didn’t have problems, just avoided the table plum and peanut sauces as those both had wheat in it. Really tasty, eat the pho here about once a week.
Not sure what their boba is made of.
They have a few wheat items that are fried, and to my knowledge those are not gluten-free options.
