There is no understanding of wheat-allergy in this location. Went to order a gf pizza as it was highly reviewed online. Specified it was an allergy. The person behind the counter lightly wiped the wheat floured counter, used more wheat flour (????) on it, then spread the gluten-free dough on a wooden pizza paddle that was literally just used for a wheat pizza. Grateful I was able to leave after explaining it was cross-contaminated but it was shocking.
