I ordered the GF crust (which has a $2.00 upcharge) and was pleasantly surprised when the preparer immediately changed his gloves and got a new ladle for the sauce and a different pan. Unfortunately, they still use the same container of sauce as the gluten pizzas. He prepared my pizzas (similar setup to Subway or Blaze) and then went on to prepare my date's pizza. He then asked of we wanted salad. I ordered the Greek side but before I could say anything I realized he had not changed gloves to prepare my date's pizza before handling the salad. We took ours to go and in the car, my date said he was surprised I didn't say anything about the pizza cutter being used. At that point, I just prayed I would be OK. I actually felt fine and I'm very sensitive to gluten. As for taste, I thought the pizza was very good but light on the toppings and the Greek salad dressing was excellent.

Ordered gluten free crust and staff took this very seriously. They changed gloves, ingredients, and made sure to use a separate part of the pizza oven. The crust was very thin but didn't have a bad taste. A standard gluten free pizza crust. Overall a good experience and no symptoms! Beware that the alfredo sauce does contain gluten.

Lady making the pizzas was fantastic and knowledgeable. Changed our every ingredient to new batch with new gloves on clean surfaces after learning it was Celiac.

They have a GF Crust and Cauliflower Crust to pick from. They wore gloves, grabbed new ingredients, and were so nice! My pizza was delicious too! I will definitely go back!
