So much cross-contamination you might as well not even bother with the gluten free crust. Against my better judgement I decided to risk it and I’ve been sick for 2 days so far.

They do have gluten free crusts. They did not change gloves, used the same utensils for gluten laden pizzas, same sauce for all pizzas, no separate oven space. I did not eat my pizza.

Most of the staff here aren’t friendly or helpful and finding someone who is trained about gluten free and cross contamination isn’t easy. If you do go here, you have to watch and then talk them through it, making sure they don’t use the same utensils, etc and then be prepared for attitude if you have to correct them. It’s just not worth it. * Not all Pie Fives are like this, just this one seems extra bad.

Excellent food and very accommodating for gluten free patrons! Gluten free crust, employees changed gloves without me having to ask, reserve a section of their oven for gluten free pizzas and take many steps to decrease chances of cross contamination.

They are so Awesome! They let us bring our own dairy free cheese to use and they even take the pizza to the back to use the fresh ingredients that haven't been gluten or dairy contaminated. They change gloves and use clean cutters for the pizzas. They honestly take even precaution against cross contamination that I could imagine. I can't rave enough about the delicious pizza and the amazing customer service. This is our new favorite restaurant for gluten and dairy sensitive.
They always take great care in preparing my celiac son's food. They always change gloves without having to be reminded and put his pizza in a box to keep it separate. Great place with great pizza!
The pizza tastes fine. The toppings are set in an assembly line (like Chipotle or Subway), so there is risk for cross contamination. There are prepackaged GF crusts. Beware the standard marinara sauce. While they use a clean spatula to spread sauce on GF pizzas, the back of the dipping spoon is used to spread the sauce in standard pies. A safer option is olive oil and garlic. Be cautious and ask questions, but worth a try.

My son and I are both celiac and we had this yesterday. They were extremely careful and knowledgeable, and it was delish!

Ordered gluten free crust and staff took this very seriously. They changed gloves, ingredients, and made sure to use a separate part of the pizza oven. The crust was very thin but didn't have a bad taste. A standard gluten free pizza crust. Overall a good experience and no symptoms! Beware that the alfredo sauce does contain gluten.

Lady making the pizzas was fantastic and knowledgeable. Changed our every ingredient to new batch with new gloves on clean surfaces after learning it was Celiac.

They were able to change gloves, put tray down below pizza, use separate cutter, and pull toppings from another container. All staff were very kind and willing to help!

They have a GF Crust and Cauliflower Crust to pick from. They wore gloves, grabbed new ingredients, and were so nice! My pizza was delicious too! I will definitely go back!
