Went here because of the other great review but did not end up eating anything from here because everything was contaminated with gluten. While making glutinous pizza, the employees touched the dough with their gloves and then reached their hands into all of the toppings to put onto the pizza. When they added sauce they used the sauce spoon to spread the sauce all over the pizza and then put it back into the sauce. They did this with several pizzas, never changing gloves. They also used the same contaminated gloves to touch all of the other kitchen equipment, like the oven and knives, and to work the cash register. There is no way that anything in that place is not contaminated. If you have celiac disease or gluten sensitivity do not eat here! I can't speak to how the food tasted as I was not willing to poison myself, but it seemed like a popular place for gluten eaters.

Ordered gluten free crust and staff took this very seriously. They changed gloves, ingredients, and made sure to use a separate part of the pizza oven. The crust was very thin but didn't have a bad taste. A standard gluten free pizza crust. Overall a good experience and no symptoms! Beware that the alfredo sauce does contain gluten.

Lady making the pizzas was fantastic and knowledgeable. Changed our every ingredient to new batch with new gloves on clean surfaces after learning it was Celiac.

They have a GF Crust and Cauliflower Crust to pick from. They wore gloves, grabbed new ingredients, and were so nice! My pizza was delicious too! I will definitely go back!
