We live Pie Five. They're always very careful not to cross contaminate, no matter how busy they are. The cauliflower crust is wonderful!

Staff was awesome in washing hands, changing gloves, using separate tools and ingredients for my gluten free pizza. It was delicious with a ton of choices of pizzas and I got to watch them make everything. This was perfect for us!

Hi! Gogo here! I am a severe celiac and have never gotten sick here. Separate utensils and no cross contamination has happened while I have been here. Smart staff! Cool atmosphere. Do not eat the magic dust as it has gluten as a staff member told me and my party. Awesome place to grab some food in the area! Hope this was an informative review!

We used this app to find Pie Five Pizza. I ate gluten free, hubby ate regular. I really liked the option to add toppings that you wanted for one flat price. When I ordered GF the pizza maker took off his gloves and out on new ones. The GF thin crust was individually wrapped and put on a mesh pan. The regular crusts were in traditional pizza pans. Both of us likes our pizzas. Husband thought his could be hotter.

I walked into this location to scope it out before making a decision to eat there. While they switch out utensils, change their gloves Etc. They prepare the pizza on the same line. They may be gluten-free friendly, it does not appear to be Celiac friendly.

The best GF pizza in town! They know what they're doing as far as cross contamination. Separate utensils, washed hands, changed gloves...full confidence all staff was properly trained.

They wash hands, change gloves, and do great with avoiding cross contamination when transitioning to making a gluten free pizza. I have never had a negative reaction. Join the circle of crust club and earn points from each purchase. These points accumulate and result in you earning a free pizza. The prices are very reasonable! you can watch them make your pizza. It is set up like a subway for pizza. They prepare it in a line before your eyes. super fast and super affordable.

Ordered gluten free crust and staff took this very seriously. They changed gloves, ingredients, and made sure to use a separate part of the pizza oven. The crust was very thin but didn't have a bad taste. A standard gluten free pizza crust. Overall a good experience and no symptoms! Beware that the alfredo sauce does contain gluten.

They have a GF Crust and Cauliflower Crust to pick from. They wore gloves, grabbed new ingredients, and were so nice! My pizza was delicious too! I will definitely go back!
