Their website says, "Due to the risk of cross-contamination, Pie Five DOES NOT recommend this pizza for customers with celiac disease or gluten allergies." (CAPS in original at http://www.piefivepizza.com/menu/)

Think I will heed their warning because I get really sick when I eat even tiny amounts of gluten.
