Walked into the place and it just did not seem safe. The GF flour is stacked right next to the gluten flour in the lobby as you walk into door. Then go to look at the bakery case and the GF items are under the gluten containing items causing way to high of a cross contamination risk for me so I walked out with those 2 strikes without even getting anything. So for the food itself I can't speak to that, but as a Celiac no way I was risking it.

My celiac mom, kids and I sought this place out on the way back from catoctin. We loved the sandwiches so much we bought a dozen cupcakes and had ice cream sandwiches. We’ll be back.

Great gluten free cupcakes, zucchini bread & Italian bread. Had a sandwich there & brought the other goodies home. The cupcakes are delicious!
Very good sandwiches and baked goods. The owner is knowledgeable about Celiac Disease. They use oat flour in almost all of their GF items though, so if you're intolerant of oats too, I wouldn't recommend it.

This place has so many options. I'm used to maybe one or two menu items being gluten free. You can get anything on the menu gluten free. They have so many GF cupcake and ice cream flavors... This food was delicious!

Best gluten free bread I've had in a long time. Ordered a sandwich and went back in for a loaf of bread. All sandwiches are available on gf bread (Italian or whole grain). Willing to make substitutions to meet dietary needs. Excellent gf baked goods as well! My non-gluten free family members were also happy with their food.
