One of the employees went out of their way to wash their hands, put on new gloves, and even open new sauce and cheese to add to my gluten free crust. Then another employee took it off the peel (metal spatula) with the same peel she used to handle regular crusts and was going to put it on the same surface the other pizzas are cooked on. When I told her that wouldn't work, she said that's what they always do... which defeats the entire purpose of being careful about toppings. I just left because it was obviously not safe.

They were very accommodating. Changed pans, opened fresh toppings to make gf pizza. They have both gf crust and cauliflower crust. Tasted great!

Good experience. It's a Chipitle version of a pizza place (actually owned by Chipitle). Notified them of gluten allergy and they brought out new sauce pan with brush. Brought out new pizza pan for the gluten free crust too. All pizzas are cooked in same brick oven though. My wife has the gluten allergy and did not have any issues afterwards. Very friendly staff.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and the staff was super nice and asked about safety precautions along the way. Change gloves, change spoons, cook the pizza in a pan so it doesn’t touch the oven. I appreciate the effort and enjoyed my pizza, but I wouldn’t know how safe the pizza would be for someone with a more severe sensitivity than me. If you go on the website and build a gluten free pizza on the location you’re planning on going to, it’ll only list the ingredients that are gluten free if you want an idea of your options before going.
Great experience. Gluten free crust, washed hands and changed gloves, had separate utensils and sauces bins to prevent cross contamination. Also separate pizza cutter. Very impressed.
